Configure the Amazon Media Adapter

The Amazon Media Adapter connects to Amazon and obtains notifications about real-time audio streams. Use this adapter only for servers with the RAPS role.

Before you begin

Create an Application data source for real-time audio recording

The Amazon Media Adapter connects to Amazon and gets the real-time audio streams from Amazon Kinesis. Use this adapter only for servers with the RAPS role.

Procedure

In Recorder Manager, go to General Setup. Under Integration Service, click Settings.
Click Create, then select Amazon Media Adapter.

Complete the following settings:

Field	Description
Adapter Name	Type a unique name for this adapter. Do not use any special characters or characters that truncate xml. This field is not case-sensitive.
Description	Type a description of the adapter (optional).
Adapter Type	A read-only field that lists the adapter selected above.
Startup Type	Select a startup type: Automatic, Manual, or Disabled.
DataSource	Select the generic Amazon data source.

Click Save.
