Create adapters for Amazon Connect integrations

After adding an Amazon Connect Application data source to your Verint Recorder, three types of adapters become available: Amazon Media Adapter used to capture real-time audio interactions, Amazon Connect Adapter used to tag Contact Trace Records (CTR) for audio and chat interactions, and Amazon Agent Event Stream Adapter used to capture real-time audio and screen activity. Use these adapters to configure interaction capture.
