Standard attributes in Cisco Webex Meetings

Attributes are meta data from Cisco Webex Meetings for an interaction. A standard attribute is available on the adapter, but not captured in the Verint database. After you have mapped a standard attribute to a custom field, you can use the attribute in capture rules and reports.

The Attributes screen in Enterprise Manager lists the standard attributes that are available. To make available the data for a standard attribute in Verint applications and reports, you must map the attribute to a custom field.
