Collections search results
The search results are displayed in the Results table in the Collections workspace. If at least one Contribution in a Collection matches the search parameters, it is displayed in the Results table. From the Results table, you can open a form to evaluate the Contribution. If any of the parameters uses a trigger variable, the variable value appears in the column.

The time stamp for when the Collection was created. The time stamp is from when the trigger to create the Collection fired, not when the trigger manager created the trigger. |

The sum total of all Contribution handling times within the Collection. |
Status |
A user-defined property which is of string type. It is defined in a DPA trigger command. It can be used for example to indicate the status of the claim (open, closed). |
Last update |
The time stamp indicating the last time a Contribution was made to the Collection or an attribute was updated for the Collection. |
Type |
A user-defined property which is a string type defined in a DPA trigger command. This can be used for example to explain the type of policy opened by Mrs. Jones (home). |
Value |
A user-defined property which is an integer type defined in a DPA trigger command. This can be used for example to list the value of the amount claimed ($20,000). |
Employees |
The number of unique employees who contributed to the Collection. |
