Configure customers
The configure customers page enables you to manage the customers for whom you need voiceprint models.
After accessing a specific customer, use the page to:

Create, update, or remove the customer from Risk Management

Manage the customer’s voiceprint model, which includes approving/disapproving audio segments to update the model training status

Review the audio clip(s) used to create the voiceprint model

Exclude/include a customer for voice biometric analysis using the opt in/out feature
