Configure employees

The configure employees page enables you to manage the employees for whom you need voiceprint models.

After accessing a specific employee, use the page to:

Create, update, or remove the employee from Risk Management
Manage the employee’s voiceprint model, which includes approving and disapproving audio segments to update the model training status
Review audio used to create the voiceprint model
Exclude and include employees for voice biometric analysis using the opt in and opt out feature
