Configuring watch lists for IAFD
Use watch lists to organize collections of targets or metadata you want to detect on interactions. This section covers the creation and management of watch lists. After you have configured watch lists, you are ready to configure Recorder Analytics Rules for watch list detection.
Target watch lists
Before setting up a target watch list, first configure targets (persons of interest) and create voiceprint models associated with the targets. For example, create a voiceprint model using the recorded voice of a known fraudster.
Next, you add targets as part of the watch list configuration.
Metadata watch lists
Before setting up a metadata watch list, first configure the interaction metadata fields and values. For example, use Automatic Number Identification (ANI) to identify interactions from a fraudster with a known telephone number.
Next, you add the metadata as part of the watch list configuration.
Required permissions to configure metadata
Watch list configuration requires additional role permission in User Management. In addition to Edit Metadata Targets, you must also have permission to View Analytics Rules (found under Enterprise Manager Configuration).
