Enable the Customer Feedback to Quality Monitoring Integration Adapter

Enabling the adapter necessary for Customer Feedback survey results to be translated into the current version of Quality Monitoring evaluations is a one-time administrative task. Once enabled, the adapter should require little to no maintenance.
