Genesys Engage High Availability and Disaster Recovery

There are a couple of options on the Genesys Engage side that you implement to make operations more robust:

  • server warm/hot standby features (for general resiliency)
  • SIP Business Continuity (specifically for disaster recovery)

Genesys top-down or round robin load balancing is also supported, as long as only one SIP dialog is created for the call.
