1+1 Integration Service Redundancy with VoIP Delivery for Genesys Engage capturing

It is possible to configure a pair of redundant Integration Services - primary and secondary (1+1 Integration Service Redundancy). Configure both Integration Service addresses on the Genesys Engage side, to enable the GVP Resource Manager to initiate a SIP dialog with either of them. Configure GVP Resource Manager to use a Load Balancing Scheme of Round Robin, balancing the traffic between the Main Integration Service and the Backup Integration Service.
