Create a Genesys Cloud CX AudioHook Media Adapter

The Genesys Cloud CX AudioHook Media Adapter runs on the same server as the Recorder Adapter Proxy Service (RAPS).

Procedure 

1. In Recorder Manager, go to General Setup. Under Integration Service, click Settings.

2. Click Create, then select Genesys Cloud CX AudioHook Media Adapter.

3. Complete the Settings for the Genesys Cloud CX AudioHook Media Adapter

4. Click Save.
