The Verint Recorder can capture interactions from Genesys Cloud CX. You can view the interactions in the Risk Management and Interactions modules.

Audio interaction captured

  1. The Interaction Type column indicates that an audio interaction was captured.

  2. The Media Type column indicates that the interaction contains audio.
