Create the Microsoft Dynamics Omnichannel Application Data Source

The Application Data Source for Microsoft Dynamics Omnichannel contains the parameters necessary to connect to, and authenticate with, the MS Dynamics API.

Before you begin 

Set up the Recorders for Microsoft Dynamics Omnichannel

Procedure 

1. In Enterprise Manager, click Recording Management.

2. Under Data Sources, click Settings.

3. Click Create Data Source.

4. Select Application as the Type, and Dynamics Omnichannel as the Switch Sub/Type.

5. Complete the Settings for the Microsoft Dynamics Omnichannel Data Source.

6. Click Save.
