Configure Verint to capture Audio from Microsoft Teams using SIPREC

To allow the Verint Recorder to receive Audio from Microsoft Teams using SIPREC, assign roles to installed servers, create data sources and adapters.

Workflow 

1. Configure roles for Audio in Microsoft Teams using SIPREC

   Enable server roles to support Recording functionality and allow the Recorder Integration Service to manage signaling services.

2. Create a data source for Audio from Microsoft Teams using SIPREC

   Create a phone data source to specify the connection details that Verint Recorders use to connect to an external system.

3. Create a member group for MS Teams using SIPREC

   After you created the data source, you need to create Member Groups to set up the type of recordings you require. Member Groups tie channels to Recorders, and define different groupings and their associations to Recorders.

4. Configure the Generic SIPREC Adapter

   Create a Generic SIPREC Adapter and associate a Verint data source to deliver real-time updates from the Recorder to your preferred application.
