The employee log
The employee log shows the desktop activity of the selected employee during the selected date range, including which triggers have fired and how often they fired.
-
The log loads 2500 rows at a time. You can use the arrows to load the next or previous set (2500 rows) of data.
-
For the page of data, you can use the filter to show:
-
All. All rows for the set of data shown.
-
Fired. The rows that include any fired triggers.
-
Path. The rows that include path triggers. Rows can include fired and pending triggers.
-
Fired and Path. The rows where any triggers have fired and the rows that include path and pending path triggers.
The filter shows the number of rows that meet the selected criteria; two types can be on the same row.
-
-
As you load sets of data from the path log, the indicators on the action cards in the path preview can change. For example, in the first set of data from a log, the second action card in a path shows that the trigger did not fire. However, when the next set of data is loaded, it includes the number 2 on a blue background, indicating that the trigger fired at another time.
-
As you scroll, triggers are evaluated against the data in real time, so the trigger indicators and numbers appear to lag.
-
To review the data for a different user, select Change Log.
