My Performance: Create Assessment

Use the Assessments control in KPI View on the Performance page to create a new assessment.

Procedure 

1. Click the Assessments control. The Assessments pop-up window appears.

2. Click Create Assessment.

3. Type or select the applicable information.

4. Click Save.

5. Click Close.
