Settings for the Twilio Media Adapter
The Twilio Agent Events Adapter connects the Recorder Integration Service to the Twilio Flex contact center to get the real-time events that trigger capturing.

Adapter Name: Required. A unique name for this adapter. Do not use the following characters, which are reserved for XML tagging:

Description: Optional. Enter a description for this adapter.
Example: Twilio Media Adapter used to capture real-time audio from Twilio Flex for myCompanyName.

Adapter Type: A read-only field that describes the selected adapter.

Startup Type: How the adapter behaves after the host server restarts. The options are:

Automatic: Default. The adapter starts automatically when the host server starts.

Manual. The adapter starts only when a user clicks the Start button.

Disabled. The adapter does not run when the host server starts.

DataSource: The related Application data source.
Select the data source that you created previously for Twilio Flex.

Local Port WebSocket Listen On: Enter the port on which the adapter listens for WebSocket connections from Twilio. The default port is 8090.
The selected port must be available and open on the Recorder Adapter Proxy Service (RAPS) server that runs the adapter.

Security Profile: A security profile on the Verint Secure Gateway (SGW) that defines the protocols and ciphers allowed for secure communications. Client connections that do not meet this minimum protocol are rejected, which may result in recording loss. The Security Profile setting specifies from where the adapter must obtain the profile. The selected profile must match what is configured for the HTTPS Protocol and Cipher Configuration on the Enterprise > Security page.

Server Site - The adapter obtains the associated profile of Intermediate or Modern based on the server site "HTTPS Protocol and Cipher Configuration" setting in Enterprise Manager. This setting is the default setting.

Intermediate - The adapter uses the selected configuration of Intermediate. Use this setting for backward compatibility. This is the default setting.

Modern - The adapter uses the selected configuration of Modern. Use this setting for the strongest security.

Keystore password: Enter the keystore password for the SSL certificate, which was configured during the installation and deployment of the Recorder.
