Recorder configuration

Before you begin the integration process:

  1. Ensure that Verint Workforce Optimization Recording is installed and configured for the enterprise, as described in the Verint WFO Installation Guide and the Verint WFO Enterprise Suite Framework Administration Guide.

  2. Associate the TDM Recorder with the Integration Service Role.

    1. In the Enterprise Manager, click System Management > Settings.

    2. Select a Recorder from the left-hand pane.

    3. Click the Server Roles tab.

    4. Select the check box beside the name of the appropriate recording-related role.

    5. Click Save.

    6. Wait for items in the Configuration Status queue to clear.

    7. Restart your system:

      • Select the Recorder, then the Settings tab.

      • Click Launch to start Recorder Manager.

      • Click Operations > Start and Stop.

      • Click Reboot.

  3. Create a Phone data source in Enterprise Manager, as described in the Recorder Configuration and Administration Guide. Select Unify HiPath4000 as the Switch/Sub Type.

Data source type HiPath4000 is also used for HiCom 300.
