Latest Notifications on the Overview dashboard are Automated Verification alerts for Capture Verification.

For the Overview dashboard to display alerts, an administrator must configure organization alert rules for Automated Verification. Users can hide the Latest Notifications area from view by clicking the customize Overview button and clearing the selection for the Show Latest Notifications setting.

Hiding the Latest Notifications area on the Overview does not affect the configured organization alerts.

For a user to view alerts under Latest Notifications, the role of the user must include privileges for viewing both Desktop Messaging alerts and the Overview.

The percentages in Alert Notifications do not exactly match percentages shown on the Overview dashboard. Capture Verification uses different algorithms based on values that are rounded up or rounded down. The result is minor differences in the percentages reported.

Notifications about Screen Recorded and Transcribed recorder service compliance are visible under Latest Notifications even if the system is not licensed for these recorder services.
