Customize the Capture Verification Overview dashboard
The Overview dashboard shows Capture Verification results and target levels of service for an organization and time period. You can customize what information you want to see on the Overview.
Before you begin
View the Capture Verification Overview dashboard
Procedure

Select the
customize Overview button.

Select or clear the customization option you want to apply to the Overview dashboard:

Show number of calls: If selected, it shows the number of calls next to corresponding percentage values in the recording policy and voice quality compliance categories on the Overview. Cleared by default.

Show Services: If cleared, the Services area and all related Services SLI status information are hidden from the Overview. Only visible if one or more Services SLI targets are enabled under Configuration. Selected by default.

Show Latest Notifications: If cleared, the Latest Notifications area and all related Automated Verification alert information are hidden from the Overview. Selected by default.
