One or more call segments are missing for the call, but there is corresponding recording data. |
Issue - Archive |
Recording segment was not archived. |
Issue - Screen recording |
Recording segment was not screen recorded. |
Issue - Transcription |
Recording segment was not transcribed. |
Issue - Recorded in error |
Call was recorded, when it should not have been. |
Issue - Voice quality |
Audio quality of the recording segment is not of sufficient standard. |
Issue - False positive |
Capture Verification identified an issue with the call or recording segment, when there was none. |
MAC - Addition |
Issue was caused by the addition or installation of a new user or component, such as a switch data source, recorder, device, or service in the physical or logical architecture. |
MAC - Change |
Issue was caused by the update or change of a component or user in the physical or logical architecture. |
MAC - Delete |
Issue was caused by the deletion, decommissioning, uninstallation, or removal of a component or user in the physical or logical architecture. |
Testing - Test call |
Issue occurred during a test call. |
