One or more recording segments are missing for the call, but there is corresponding CDR data.

Issue - Missing CDR

One or more call segments are missing for the call, but there is corresponding recording data.

Issue - Archive

Recording segment was not archived.

Issue - Screen recording

Recording segment was not screen recorded.

Issue - Transcription

Recording segment was not transcribed.

Issue - Recorded in error

Call was recorded, when it should not have been.

Issue - Voice quality

Audio quality of the recording segment is not of sufficient standard.

Issue - False positive

Capture Verification identified an issue with the call or recording segment, when there was none.

MAC - Addition

Issue was caused by the addition or installation of a new user or component, such as a switch data source, recorder, device, or service in the physical or logical architecture.

MAC - Change

Issue was caused by the update or change of a component or user in the physical or logical architecture.

MAC - Delete

Issue was caused by the deletion, decommissioning, uninstallation, or removal of a component or user in the physical or logical architecture.

Testing - Test call

Issue occurred during a test call.
