Add a note to an issue

Add a note to a call or recording segment with a detected Capture Verification issue. The note must include a reason for the note.

Before you begin

Procedure

Select the issue for which you want to add a note.
Do one of the following:
1. Select the Add note button above the list of issues.
2. In the Details pane on the right, go to the Notes tab and select Add note.
In the Add note menu, select a reason for the note.
Optionally, add a comment.
Select Add.
