Delete a note
If required, you can delete a note for a call or recording segment with a detected Capture Verification issue.
Before you begin
View Capture Verification Issues
Procedure

Select the issue for which you want to delete a note.

In the Details pane on the right, go to the Notes tab.

On the note you want to delete, select
Remove.

To confirm the deletion, select Remove.
