Delete a note

If required, you can delete a note for a call or recording segment with a detected Capture Verification issue.

Before you begin 

View Capture Verification Issues

Procedure 

  1. Select the issue for which you want to delete a note.

  2. In the Details pane on the right, go to the Notes tab.

  3. On the note you want to delete, select Delete Note button Remove.

  4. To confirm the deletion, select Remove.
