Delete an incident log entry

You can delete incident log entries for a call or recording segment with a detected Capture Verification issue.

Only one note can be deleted at a time, and the deletion only applies for the selected log entry of the selected call or recording segment. If there are other incident log entries associated with the segment, repeat the procedure for each log entry. If the deleted incident log entry is also associated with other call or recording segments, deleting it only removes it from the currently selected segment and needs to be deleted from the other segments separately.

Deleting a log entry cannot be reverted.

Incident log entries can only be created, edited, or deleted by users with the Manage Incident Log Entries privilege.

Before you begin 

View Capture Verification Incidents

Procedure 

  1. Select the segment for which you want to delete the incident log entry.

  2. In the Details pane on the right, go to the Incident Log tab.

  3. On the incident log entry that you want to delete, select Delete Note button Remove.

  4. To confirm the deletion, select Remove.
