Edit a note

Edit a note for a call or recording segment with a detected Capture Verification issue.

Before you begin 

View Capture Verification Issues

Procedure 

  1. Select the issue for which you want to edit a note.

  2. In the Details pane on the right, go to the Notes tab.

  3. On the note you want to edit, select Edit Note configuration button Edit.

  4. In the Edit Note menu, edit the required fields.

  5. To confirm the changes, select Update.
