Capture Verification Incidents overview

The Incidents workspace of Capture Verification shows call or recording segments with issues, and information about the call, issue, and incidents that caused the issues. Issues are call recording issues, audio issues, and recording services issues detected by Capture Verification for the selected organization and time frame. For each call or recording segment listed, Capture Verification shows a customizable set of columns for the related information. On Incidents, you can view the list of call or recording segments with issues, and you can view the number of issues per issue type over a set time period on the Incidents Trend Graph.

Default Columns

The Incidents workspace of Capture Verification shows a default set of columns when it is not customized or when the order and selection of columns is reset to default in the add columns to view menu.

The Recorded extension icon recorded extension icon in the ANI or DNIS column marks which call party was the participant recorded. Not available for the recording segments of Zoom Meetings data sources.

The add columns to view Add columns to view button icon button above the list of call or recording segments with issues displays options for showing extra information for Capture Verification Incidents.
