Filtering results on Capture Verification Incidents

The Incidents workspace shows call or recording segments with call recording issues, audio issues, and recording services issues that Capture Verification detected for a selected organization and time frame. Filter options, filter buttons, and the search field control which issues and incident categories are shown, making it easier to locate details relating to incidents.

Initially, the page shows the highest-level organization allowed by user access rights and a time frame of the last 24 hours. After filtering, the latest filter options applied become the defaults.

Filter options

The Organization filter icon Organization, Time Frame filter icon Time Frame, Duration filter icon Duration, Data Sources filter icon Data Sources, Severity filter icon Severity, Issues filter icon Issues, Reasons filter icon Incident Logs, and optionally, the Zoom verification state filter icon Zoom verification states options filter the results shown. A blue dot next to an option indicates that the filter is applied.
