Filter Capture Verification results by data source

The Data Sources filter narrows down results on the Overview or Issues page to selected data sources.

Child data sources are not visible in the Data Sources filter pane, but their compliance results are included in the results for their parent data source.

Before you begin

To view and use the Data Sources filter, your user role must include the Capture Verification View Collectors privilege.

Procedure

  1. View the Capture Verification Overview dashboard or View Capture Verification Issues

  2. Select Data Sources filter icon Data Sources.

    • To keep the Data Sources filter pane open, select the pinPin iconicon.

    • To hide the pane, select the remove pinRemove pin iconicon.

  3. Select one or more data sources.

The combination of selected data sources affects the compliance results that Capture Verification returns:

    • To return results for data sources with a configured Collector, select any data source in the With Collectors section. Data sources in this section are selected by default.

A Collector is configured if its details have been edited and saved before, even if the details are incorrect or it is disabled.

    • To return results for data sources without a configured Collector, select any data source in the CollectorsNot Configured section.

For data sources that have no Collectors configured, the results are based on only recording segments, as no corresponding CDR data is collected.

    • To return data for all data sources, with or without a configured Collector, select or clear All.

  4. Select Apply.
