View Capture Verification Incidents
The Incidents workspace lists call or recording segments with issues for a selected time frame and organization.
Before you begin
Procedure

Under Capture Verification, select Incidents.

To view the Incidents Trend Graph, select the show Incidents Trend Graph
button. -
To filter results, use the search field and the Organization, Time Frame, Data Sources, Issues, Incident Logs, and Severity filter options.

To customize what data is shown for listed segments, use the add columns to view
button to open the column selector menu. -
The Details pane shows the issues, participants, data sources, and incident logs for a selected call or recording segment.

To hide the Details pane, select the remove pin
icon. -
To show the Details pane, select the chevron
icon at the edge of the workspace, and select the pin
icon to keep open.
