View Capture Verification Incidents

The Incidents workspace lists call or recording segments with issues for a selected time frame and organization.

Before you begin 

  1. Configure a Capture Verification Collector

  2. Configure Capture Verification SLIs

Procedure 

  1. Under Capture Verification, select Incidents.

  2. To view the Incidents Trend Graph, select the show Incidents Trend Graph Show Issues Trend Graph button icon button.

  3. To filter results, use the search field and the Organization, Time Frame, Data Sources, Issues, Incident Logs, and Severity filter options.

  4. To customize what data is shown for listed segments, use the add columns to view Add columns to view button icon button to open the column selector menu.

  5. The Details pane shows the issues, participants, data sources, and incident logs for a selected call or recording segment.

    • To hide the Details pane, select the remove pinRemove pin iconicon.

    • To show the Details pane, select the chevron Show details panel icon icon at the edge of the workspace, and select the pinPin iconicon to keep open.
