Reset, clear, or modify Capture Verification filters

Capture Verification filter options clear, reset, or apply filters to both the Overview dashboard and the Incidents workspace.

Before you begin 

View the Capture Verification Overview dashboard or View Capture Verification Incidents

Procedure 

  1. To reset Organization and Time Frame and clear all other filters, select Reset to default.

  2. Capture Verification shows results over the last 24 hours for the highest-level organization that the user can view, depending on access rights.

    The Reset to default filters button only resets filters. To reset Incidents workspace columns to the default list and order, under Incidents, select the add columns to view Add columns to view button icon button, and select Reset to default in the column selection menu.

  3. To clear an individual filter, select the cross on the filter button at the top of the page.

    You cannot clear Organization and Time Frame filters.

  4. To modify a filter, use the Organization filter icon Organization, Time Frame filter icon Time Frame, or Data Sources filter icon Data Sources filter options. The Capture Verification Incidents workspace also includes Severity filter icon Severity, Reasons filter icon Incident Logs, and Issues filter icon Issues options to filter issues. If integration with Zoom Phone and Zoom Meetings is licensed and enabled, and the Verification Confirmation feature is configured, the Zoom verification state filter icon Zoom verification states filter is also available.
