The Reason filter option filters issues on the Capture Verification Issues page by note reason type.

Before you begin 

View Capture Verification Issues

Procedure 

1. Select Reasons.

   To keep the Reasons filter pane open, select the pinicon. To hide the pane, select the remove pinicon.

2. To view all issues, with or without notes, select All issues.

3. To view issues with notes, select Issues with notes, and select the note reason filters.

   • To view issues that have notes with specific reason types, select one or more reason type check boxes. Capture Verification applies or logic to filter using the selection.
     Example: Issue - Network or Issue - Archive

   • To view issues with notes, with any note reason, select or clear All.

4. Select Apply.
