Notes
Notes allow you to specify extra information about the circumstances, causes, or resolutions of issues Capture Verification detects for call or recording segments.
You can add one or more notes to a call or recording segment listed on the Issues workspace. You must select a reason for the note, and optionally, add a comment for extra information.
Once created, you can edit the note to change the reason or comment, or delete the note altogether.
The Notes tab of the Issues Details pane shows notes added by any system user. Each note includes the user name for the user who created the note, the creation date and time, the reason for the note, and the comment.
