Incident Logs

Incident Logs allow you to specify extra information about the circumstances, causes, or resolutions of incidents that cause the issues that Capture Verification detects for call or recording segments.

You can add one or more log entries to one or more call or recording segments listed on the Incidents workspace. You must select a status and incident category for the log entry, and optionally, add a comment for extra information.

Once created, you can edit the log entry to change the status, incident category, or comment. You can also delete the log entry altogether.

Deleted log entries cannot be recovered.

The Incident Logs tab of the Incidents Details pane shows log entries added by any system user. Each log entry includes the user name for the user who created the log entry, the creation date and time, the status and incident category for the log entry, and the comment.

Incident log entries can only be created, edited, or deleted by users with the Manage Incident Log Entries privilege.
