Before you begin

View Capture Verification Issues

Procedure

  1. Select a call segment with issues.

  2. In the Details pane, go to the Diagnostics tab.

  3. Select View Call Detail Record.

If available, the left pane shows the unprocessed CDR data, and the right, Interpreted Data pane shows the fields relevant for Capture Verification and their identified values. If Capture Verification collected multiple copies of the CDR data for the call segment, all copies are visible in the left pane of the View Call Detail Record menu, separated with a blank row. The interpreted data does not show duplicates.

  4. To download the CDR data as a text file, select the Download CDR file button download button.

Capture Verification creates a text file with the file name cdr_<startTime>_<ID>.txt. The startTime variable represents the start date and time of the call segment in the GMT UNIX time (seconds since 1/1/1970), and the ID is a unique internal identifier for the segment. If there are multiple copies of the CDR data available, each copy is downloaded as a separate text file.

  5. To add a note to the call segment, select the Add Note button add note button, specify a Reason and Comment, and select Add created note button Add.

  6. To go to a different call segment, use the View previous CDR button previous and View next CDR button next buttons.
