Filter Capture Verification results by issue type

The Issues filter narrows down Incidents results by issue type.

Before you begin 

View Capture Verification Incidents

Procedure 

  1. Select the Issues filter icon Issues filter option.

    To keep the filter pane open, select the pin Pin icon icon. To hide the pane, select the remove pin Remove pin icon icon.

  2. Select issue types.

    Capture Verification uses different filter algorithms based on your selections.

    Not recorded or Recorded in error, CDR not found

    Example: 

    Recorded in error, CDR not found and Severely degraded

    Across all issues in a category, Capture Verification filters on or, and across all categories, Capture Verification filters on and.

    None

    No filter applied.

    The Screen not recorded and Not transcribed issue types are visible and selectable in the filter pane even if the system is not licensed for these recorder services.

  3. Select Apply.

  4. To clear all filters, clear All.
