Filter Capture Verification results by duration

The Duration filter narrows down results on the Overview and Incidents pages to only return calls with a length that falls within the selected duration filter time frames.

Capture Verification applies the setting to both the Overview dashboard and the Incidents workspace.

To avoid false compliance results for calls that are considered invalid by the recorder, Capture Verification does not process zero seconds long call or recording segments. If the Minimum Session Length parameter is configured for a data source and the Use Minimum Session Length in Automated Verification feature license is enabled, Capture Verification does not process segments associated with that data source that are shorter than the Minimum Session Length. You can still see compliance results in Capture Verification for segments that were processed when the feature license was not enabled.

Before you begin
