Filter Capture Verification results by extension or user

The Incidents workspace shows call or recording segments with issues detected by Capture Verification for a selected organization and time frame. To filter results by extension or user, use the search field above the list of segments.

Before you begin 

View Capture Verification Incidents

Procedure 

  1. To filter results by user, type the name of the user in the search field. You can also filter on part of the user name.

  2. To filter results by ANI or DNIS, type the full number in the search field. You cannot filter on part of a number.

  3. To remove the filter, clear the search field.
