Filter Capture Verification issues by extension or user

The Issues workspace shows issues detected by Capture Verification for a selected organization and time frame. To filter issues by extension or user, use the search field above the list of issues.

Before you begin 

View Capture Verification Issues

Procedure 

  1. To filter issues by user, type the name of the user in the search field. You can also filter on part of the user name.

  2. To filter issues by ANI or DNIS, type the full number in the search field. You cannot filter on part of a number.

  3. To remove the filter, clear the search field.
