Export call or recording segments with Capture Verification issues to a file

Under Incidents, Capture Verification shows call or recording segments with detected issues. For reference or further analysis, you can export the list of segments to a Comma-Separated Values (CSV) file. CSV files can be opened with Microsoft Excel or other compatible applications.

Capture Verification zips the CSV file into an archive (.zip) file for download.

Start time and other dates and times in the CSV file are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

Procedure 

  1. Select Export to CSV buttonExport to CSV.

    Capture Verification creates an archive file in the local default downloads folder with the name CaptureVerificationIssues_yyyymmddhhmmssUTC.zip. The variable yyyymmddhhmmss represents the date and time when the file is created in UTC.

  2. Open the archive (.zip) file with a compatible application.

  3. Open the CSV file with a compatible application.
