Automatic enrollment

With automatic enrollment, the system automatically creates voiceprint models for users. The system then associates each model to an interaction attribute value that is unique to an individual user. Finally, the system stores each model in the Biometrics database.

You can configure the system for the automatic enrollment of employees and customers.

An employee is a person employed by the enterprise that makes or receives the interactions being recorded. A customer is someone outside the enterprise who has an interaction with the enterprise employees.

Create a Recorder Analytics Rule to enroll employees or customers, not both. Create a separate rule for each type of person.
