Automatic enrollment configuration workflow

To configure the system to perform automatic enrollment, complete this workflow.

Before you begin 

• Ensure that the Voice Biometrics license is activated. Go to System Management, and under License Management , select System Licensing. For more information about license activation, see the System Administration Guide.

• Understand and address the interaction metadata requirements of automatic enrollment discussed in these topics:

  • Metadata requirements for automatic enrollment

  • Custom security attribute

  • Inserting attributes into the interaction metadata

• Create a campaign that contains the historical (recorded) interactions you want to use for automatic enrollment. See Historical call selection (includes near real-time call selection) and Custom security attribute for related information.

• Decide if you are automatically enrolling employees or customers.

Workflow

1. Configuring Identification Rules for IAFD

   • Create a Customer Identification Rule if you want to enroll customers automatically.

   • Create an Employee Identification Rule if you want to enroll employees automatically .

2. Configuring recorder analytics rules

   Configure a Recorder Analytics Rule that performs automatic enrollment for either customer or employees (not both using the same rule). Refer to the workflow diagram and related topics for details.
