Automatic enrollment configuration workflow
To configure the system to perform automatic enrollment, complete this workflow.
Before you begin

Ensure that the Voice Biometrics license is activated. Go to System Management, and under License Management , select System Licensing. For more information about license activation, see the System Administration Guide.

Understand and address the interaction metadata requirements of automatic enrollment discussed in these topics:

Create a campaign that contains the historical (recorded) interactions you want to use for automatic enrollment. See Historical call selection (includes near real-time call selection) and Custom security attribute for related information.

Decide if you are automatically enrolling employees or customers.
