When creating the Identification Rule, note that the system must be able to determine the value of the Identification Rule attribute at the time recording begins. For details, see Example: Identification Rules and identity verification.
It is highly recommended that you configure the Recorder Analytics Rule to use a Recording rule to perform interaction selection, rather than configuring the Recorder Analytics rule to analyze all real-time interactions. For details, see Configure Call Selection.
