Restore defaults for selected columns and column order

You can discard customizations you have made for selected columns and column order by restoring the defaults. After restoring defaults, columns display as if you are using search or cases or folders for the first time. Column widths are not affected. Column restoration applies only to you and only to the area (search results, cases, folders) where you complete the procedure.

Before you begin

Restoring the default columns can affect the following features:

The order of the refining fields
The metadata included when downloading interactions metadata and when exporting interactions media

Procedure

Locate interactions using one of the following methods:
- Search for interactions
- Access a case or recycle bin (when the 2021R1 - Legal Hold feature is available)
- Access a folder (when the 2021R1 - Legal Hold feature is not available)

Click the icon for any column heading.
Select Columns....
To restore columns to the defaults for selected columns and for column order, click Restore defaults.
To complete your restoration of column settings, click Done.

To retain your current column settings, click Cancel.
