Access a folder
Use folders to organize and find interactions
Procedure

Go to Risk Management. Under Analyze, select Folders.

Click a folder in the Folders list.

For folders created by your organization and assigned to you, the contents of the folder display.

For environments using the replay approval feature:

If your role requires replay approval, after selecting the system-defined My Requests folder you can see all replay requests that you have submitted.

If your role grants privileges to approve replay requests, after selecting the system-defined Pending Replay Requests folder you can see all pending request details that require your attention.

Use the following icons, available above the folder column headings, for the operation indicated:

Description
Request replay approval for one or more interactions. Visible only when your role requires replay approval to access interaction media.
Remove all displayed interactions from the folder. Unavailable when you have more than one interaction selected.
Remove the selected interaction from the folder. Unavailable when you have more than one interaction selected.
Move or copy the selected interaction to different folders.
This feature is unavailable when one of the following is true:

The selected interaction resides in all folders

No interactions reside in the current folder

You have more than one interaction selected
Add the captured voice for the selected interaction to a voiceprint model (if licensed for voice biometrics). Unavailable when you have more than one interaction selected.

Remove an interaction from a folder
Add an interaction to a folder
Move or copy an interaction to a different folder
Enhance or create a voiceprint model using a recorded interaction
