Schedules list page

On the Schedules list page, you can view the schedules associated with a shift bidding auction, update a description for the templates, update the total number of bid options for the selected template, and assign bonus points to a schedule.

Schedules are only displayed if they contain phantom shift assignments.

Column	Description
Template Name	Name of the template. The link provides information about the required skills.
Description	Provides information that can help employees identify a shift or schedule on which they want to bid. These descriptions are available to anyone creating a bid (including employees creating their own bids or by anyone creating a bid for an employee). The Description column is available when the Bid Options setting Display template description column is selected for one or more organizations in the auction. (This setting is defined in Organization Management, under Request Management, and Settings.)
Total	Total number of bid options for the selected template. This value includes both assigned and unassigned phantom schedules. Note the following: You can add or subtract up to 1,500 bid options from the current total number of bid options. For example, if there are 100 bid options for a template, you can set the total number of bid options up to 1,600 (but not more than that). If you enter a zero (0) value in this field, all phantom schedules for the template will be deleted and the bid options are removed from the table. You cannot set a value in this field that is lower than the number of approved bid options for the template. (The approved bid options have already been assigned to employees.) When the total number of bid options for the template have been assigned to employees (approved requests), the bid options are not removed from the table. The bid options are still displayed, serving as a way to monitor the assignment of bid options. Bid options are only removed from the table when the associated phantom schedule is removed from the scheduling period, and the auction schedule is updated.
Available	Number of available phantom schedules on which employees can submit bids.
Submitted	Number of employees who submitted a bid request for the template. If an employee submitted multiple requests with the same template, they are counted once and not multiple times.
Approved	Number of bid requests that are approved for the template. This value equals the value in the Total column, minus the value in the Available column.
Bonus	Bonus points awarded for working this shift/schedule. This box is available even in auctions where Use Scoring is not available. This way, employees can accumulate points for future use.
Hours	Total number of hours in the template.
(remaining columns)	Starting with the current day, shows the shift start and end time for each day. What is displayed in each column depends on which of the following auction shift types is used: A schedule for the full schedule period A combination of individual, different shifts for the schedule period Multiple shifts (blocks) per day
