Employee Selection
Depending on the report topic, the Employee Selection parameter group provides up to three choices for selecting the organization, multiple employees or a specific employee included in a report:

Employee Filter: In addition to being one of the Employee Selection group of parameters, this parameter is an individual parameter on some reports.

Organization (Default): In addition to being one of the Employee Selection group of parameters, this parameter is an individual parameter on some reports.

Run Report for Self: This option limits the report to your own data. (Of the reports that have the Employee Selection parameter, several reports omit this choice because it is not appropriate for the data in the report.)
The Employee Selection parameter is restricted to roles with the following Feedback Results privilege: Organization and Employee Selection.

When a user’s role has this privilege and the user selects Employee Filter or Organization, all other report parameters (such as surveys, questions, business objectives, transactions) are based on this selection.

When a user’s role has this privilege and the user selects Run Report for Self, all other report parameters (such as surveys, questions, business objectives, transactions) are based on the user’s organization.

When a user’s role does not have this privilege, this parameter is not available and all other report parameters (such as surveys, questions, business objectives, transactions) are based on the user’s organization.
