Perform a quick search
You can perform a quick search to identify interactions or evaluations by employees, time period, and text that appears in interaction transcripts and text interactions.
Before you begin

Verify that in the User Management application you have privileges to search.

To include automated evaluations in an evaluations search, verify that you are assigned the Search for Evaluations Made by Leader of my Group(s) privilege. Automated evaluations are identified in the search results by the Quality Bot evaluator in the Evaluator column.
Procedure

Under Interactions, select Search.

Set the quick search fields:

Search For: Select Interactions (default) or Evaluations.

From the Last X Days: Enter the number of days according to which you want to search, as follows:

Interactions searches: The days during which interactions were recorded in the system (default 7 days, configurable).

Evaluations searches: The days during which evaluations were submitted (default 30 days, configurable). Draft evaluations cannot be searched.

Employee: (Optional) Select one or more employees, groups, or organizations according to which you want to search.

Full-text search: (Optional) If you have the privilege to perform full-text searches, do the following:

In the Search field, type the term or phrase to search for.

To optimize your search, select the appropriate operator(s) from the Operator drop-down.

Click Search.
The matching interactions/evaluations are displayed in descending order according to:

Start Time column for interaction searches

Evaluation Time column for evaluation searches
