Copy the default Tenant Administrator role to the tenant organization (new tenant with a license)

Perform this procedure if you are provisioning a new tenant with a license on a system that includes one ore more tenants without licenses.

Copy the default Tenant Administrator role to the tenant's root organization, create a new user for the Tenant Administrator, and assign the default Tenant Administrator role to the Tenant Administrator user.

Before you begin

Copy roles to Original roles organization
Create initial organizational hierarchy
Create new tenant entity

Procedure

Copy the default Tenant Administrator role from the Original roles organization to the tenant root organization.
Create a new user for the Tenant Administrator in the tenant's root organization.
Give the Tenant Administrator user the default Tenant Administrator role, with scope over the tenant organization and the tenant root groups.
Assign any additional roles that are relevant to the Tenant Administrator user. For example, if the Tenant Administrator needs to create campaigns and skills, give them the Scheduler role.
