Archived
If Recorder archiving is configured in the system, Capture Verification retrieves archiving status information from the central Contact Database and shows the results on the Overview dashboard.
Archived results provide a snapshot of:

The volume of recordings archived as a percentage of the total number of recordings.

The number of recordings not archived.

The percentage volume above or below a target Service Level Indicator (SLI), if activated, for archived recordings.
For Capture Verification to show archived results relative to a target SLI, the Capture Verification Archived SLI must be activated and target SLI set as part of the Capture Verification configuration.
