Screen Recorded

If screen recording is configured for a recorder, Capture Verification retrieves screen recording status information from the Contact Database and shows the results on the Overview dashboard.

If the system is not licensed for this service, the SLI target shows in gray on the Overview, but the SLI option is not available under Configuration and no issue data is generated for the service.

Screen Recorded results show:

  • The volume of calls with screens recorded as a percentage of the total number of calls.

  • The number of calls with screens not recorded.

  • The percentage volume above or below a target Service Level Indicator (SLI), if activated, for calls with screen recordings.

For Capture Verification to show screen recording results relative to a target SLI, the Capture Verification Screen Recorded SLI must be activated and target SLI set as part of the Capture Verification configuration.
