Transcribed

If speech transcription is configured for a recorder, Capture Verification can retrieve transcription status information from the Contact Database and show the results on the Overview dashboard.

If the system is not licensed for this service, the SLI target shows in gray on the Overview, but the SLI option is not available under Configuration and no issue data is generated for the service.

The Transcribed results show:

  • The volume of recordings transcribed as a percentage of the total number of recordings.

  • The number of recordings not transcribed.

  • The percentage volume above or below a target Service Level Indicator (SLI), if activated, for transcribed recordings.

For Capture Verification to show transcribed recordings relative to a target SLI, the Capture Verification Transcribed SLI must be activated and target SLI set as part of the Capture Verification configuration.
