Procedure 

  1. Enable automatic digital interaction recovery for Genesys Cloud CX

    Configure your Genesys Cloud adapter to recover interactions automatically.

  2. Optional.Run digital interaction recovery manually for Genesys Cloud CX

    Start digital interaction recovery manually if automatic recovery is disabled, your system or network recently experienced downtime, or you suspect conversations are missing.

  3. Verify digital interaction recovery status for Genesys Cloud CX

    From the Interaction Capture Status page, you can see when digital interaction recovery was run, how many conversations were missed and recovered, and if the process completed successfully or not.
