Install platforms on servers

Instal platforms first on the Data Center servers, then on the site servers.

Procedure 

1. Run the Server Readiness Tool
2. Set default user account to access the installation files
3. Add remote target servers to the network pane
4. Select a server and platform to install
5. Set platform properties
6. Validate installation properties and prerequisites
7. Start the installation process
